My name is Tim Probst and I am happy to be a part of the BuyAFarm team. I hope that my bio will put any prospective customers at ease about myself representing them.

First of all, I am born and raised in Teutopolis and have been an avid outdoorsman my whole life. I have been hunting and fishing and spending time in the woods since I could walk. I knew from an early age that I wanted to be involved in some way with the outdoor industry and have been pursuing that passion ever since.

I have been working in forestry and natural resources field since 2004 and have been involved in every aspect of land improvement and development fields there is. I worked with the USDA Forest Service, the IDNR and also run a small business in the forestry and natural resource field. Most of the work I do deals with land improvements including: timber stand improvements, invasive species control, tree plantings, controlled burning-the actually burning and writing the prescribed burn plans, CRP maintenance, mowing and spraying, food plot construction and layout, QDMA certified land inspector - assessed properties to set up in QDMA land management programs.

I got involved in rural real estate back in 2013. I mainly like to deal with hunting and recreational land. I look forward to dealing with mainly clients and helping individuals find there ideal piece of property.
