The cost of the survey will be paid for as follows: 50% seller / 50% buyer. The buyers 50% will be further split equally between the number of buyers.

Possession: At closing; subject to farm tenant rights. Taxes: Pro-rated to date of closing.

Minerals: No reservations from seller.

Financing: Your bidding is not conditional on financing, make arrangements prior to the sale.

Earnest Money & Purchase Agreement: Immediately following the close of bidding, the approved high bidder(s) will deposit with the Auction Company 10% earnest money and sign a purchase agreement with the seller. Balance due at closing which will be on or before December 17, 2007.
