PROPERTY DETAILS
Property consists of approximately 1.5
acres tillable on the north end that has been farmed every year but would make
an excellent food plot site. There is a beautiful pond with a nice dock. The
pond is stocked with bass and bluegill and a few grass carp that the owners feed
right from the dock. The pond is very deep (25 feet) when it is full and very
clear also. There is a private lane accessing the property with a locked gate.
You will not find a more private place than this. All of the neighbors are
wonderful. Lots of deer funnel right through the property, and a lot of them use

matching love seat and a recliner with 2 end tables and a coffee table. Also
included is a brand new 32" flat screen TV and VCR and DVD players.
The smaller bedroom has a full size bed and a nice dresser and end table. All
the bedding is new and is included with the mobile home. The back large bedroom
has a king size bed with new bedding and comforter. There is a brand new 29"
flat screen TV and VCR and DVD player. Also included is a brand new Perform
Quick Fit Treadmill. The faucet in the kitchen is new. The forced air furnace
works very well and the hot water heater is in good shape too. There is central
air that was installed 5 years ago; it also is in very good shape. The roof had
a snow seal installed in the last two years. The water for the home and outside
hydrants is filtered water from the pond. There is a pump and a presser tank in
the well house.
