Sale Method: Auction offering the property in its entirety.
Possession: Subject to the current 1/3 2/3 farm lease.
Real Estate Taxes
: Prorated to day of closing.

Minerals: All mineral owned will transfer, if any.
Financing: Your bidding is not conditional on financing; make arrangements prior to the sale.
Earnest Money & Purchase Agreement
Immediately following the close of bidding, the approved high bidder(s) will deposit with the Auction Company 10% earnest money and sign a purchase agreement with the Seller(s). Balance due at closing. Closing will take place by March 30, 2012.
